Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of personnel policy and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workers' compensation program and file claims within 48 hours.
• Guide employees and supervisors on FMLA/LOA and track leaves.
• Handle confidential employee records and reports with discretion.
• Assist with annual benefits open enrollment.
• Support recruitment needs and create/update job descriptions.
• Maintain compliance with safety and GMP requirements.
