Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience including benefits administration, leave management, compensation, and HR systems.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively for communication with managers, clients, customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS for reliable reporting and compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for team members on HR programs, benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor performance management processes and ensure consistent application across the organization.
• Administer workers’ compensation claims from start to finish with documentation.
• Manage FMLA and other leave programs with accurate recordkeeping.
• Ensure safety by following established practices and maintaining OSHA compliance.
• Update Policy Manual to stay aligned with standards.
• Coordinate OSHA reporting and ADA/leave accommodations.
• Manage unemployment claims and participate in appeals as needed.
• Support employee relations investigations and resolutions with HR leadership.
