Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HRM, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of experience in employee relations, HR Generalist, or related HR position, disability management, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage ADA/LOA/FMLA accommodation cases via ServiceNow; provide consultation and guidance on accommodations.
• Promote a positive workplace culture while managing risk and handling sensitive information.
• Develop resolution proposals after analyzing and researching each case.
