Job summary

U.S. Bank in Tempe, AZ is seeking an HR Advisor for the Accessibility & Accommodations team to manage complex, high‑impact cases at the intersection of employee experience, regulatory compliance, and business needs.

You will work in ServiceNow on ADA/LOA/FMLA cases, balance legal risk with employee needs, and partner with leaders to promote an inclusive workplace while navigating evolving disability laws.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology or related degree, or equivalent work experience
• Three to five years of experience in employee relations or as an HR Generalist or associated HR position, disability management, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of ADA, LOA, FMLA and disability laws is preferred
• Ability to work independently and to engage others when needed

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, high‑impact cases related to ADA, LOA and FMLA using ServiceNow
• Balance legal risk, employee needs and business objectives to craft practical solutions
• Serve as a trusted consultant and partner with leaders to promote inclusive outcomes
• Ensure timely, confidential handling of sensitive cases
