Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an HR Advisor for a 03+ months contract in Tempe, AZ with hybrid work arrangements.

The role centers on ADA accommodations, LOAs, FMLA, and HR case management via ServiceNow, requiring strong communication and risk-management skills. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in employee relations or HR generalist roles, a related degree, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, HRM, IR, psychology or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of experience in employee relations or HR Generalist roles, disability management, or related fields.
• Experience in HR Operations or HR Service Center is preferred.
• Knowledge of ADA, LOAs, FMLA and employment law related to disability cases.

Responsibilities

• Handle cases in ServiceNow related to ADA, LOAs, FMLA and accessibility with tact and accuracy.
• Analyze issues, provide consultation on accommodation solutions, and manage timelines.
• Promote a positive workplace culture while managing sensitive information.
• Communicate clearly with employees and stakeholders, supporting risk management.
