Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Three to five years of experience in employee relations or HR Generalist or related HR position, disability management, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Manage cases related to ADA, LOA, FMLA and accessibility using ServiceNow
• Balance legal risk, employee needs and business objectives to develop practical solutions
• Advise leaders and stakeholders to navigate complex scenarios and promote an inclusive workplace
• Provide trusted consultation and recommendations on complex HR scenarios
