Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor employee accommodation cases through a case management system.
  • Review and assess ADA accommodation requests involving remote work.
  • Research cases and gather relevant information needed to support the case-management process.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with employees and internal HR stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and consultation regarding accommodation-related questions and potential solutions.
  • Analyze individual cases and help develop appropriate resolution proposals.
  • Coordinate with appropriate internal partners when additional consultation or escalation is required.
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accurate documentation and meeting established timelines.
  • Track case progress and follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed case records.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Identify potential issues or risks and determine when additional support or escalation is needed.
  • Help promote a positive and supportive workplace experience through effective case management and communication.
  • Perform other HR Operations and case-management activities as assigned.

Our client, a financial-services company, is looking to hire a Non-IT Project Analyst - HR Operations in Tempe, AZ.

Job Title: Non-IT Project Analyst - HR Operations

Location: Tempe, AZ

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $30-$32/hour on W2

Duration: 3-6 months Contract

Job Overview

We are seeking a Non-IT Project Analyst to support an HR Operations team responsible for managing employee accommodation cases. This position will focus primarily on managing ADA accommodation requests where employees are seeking remote work as an accommodation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, HR Generalist functions, Disability Management, HR Service Centers, or a similar HR case-management environment. This role requires excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential employee information.

Basic Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Generalist, HR Operations, Disability Management, or a related HR function.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and determine when to involve additional stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive cases.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive employee information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in HR Operations or an HR Service Center.
  • Experience with employee accommodation or disability-related cases.
  • Knowledge of ADA, leave of absence, employee relations, employment law, or disability management processes.
  • Experience working with HR case-management or ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
  • Understanding of workplace accommodation solutions and disability-related barriers.
  • Experience researching employee cases and recommending or supporting appropriate resolutions.
  • Hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite in Tempe, AZ.
  • Standard working hours are 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
  • Paid parking is available at approximately $80/month.
  • Two-round interview process conducted via Microsoft Teams.
  • Pay rate is $30-$32/hour on W2.
