Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• PHR/SHRM-CP or higher certification is preferred or willingness to earn one.
• 2–4 years in HR, office management, or combined HR/administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Daily partnership with CHRO: map priorities, actions, and deadlines.
• Recruiting coordination: post roles, screen, interview, and prepare offers.
• Onboarding & benefits admin: enroll in benefits and ensure required docs.
• HR reporting: generate Paycom reports and track KPIs.
• Payroll support: review Paycom payroll runs for accuracy.
• Document management: maintain confidential employee files.
• Communications: draft letters and announcements; use AI tools.
• Executive support: screen visitors and assist scheduling.
