Job summary

Lexington Health in West Columbia, SC, seeks a Human Resources Support Specialist for full-time day shift. You will assist in planning, coordination and data integrity of HR programs, audit data, and support unemployment and subpoena processes.

Requires at least 2 years in HR and strong Office/HRIS skills. With comprehensive benefits and a collaborative environment, you will contribute to HR workflow improvements and ensure accurate records across multiple HR systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Years of Human Resources experience.
• The additional 2 Years of related experience can substitute for an Associate's degree.
• Substitutable Education & Experience: additional HR/related experience can replace the degree.
• Required Certifications/Licensure: None.
• Required Training: Basic Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
• Intermediate HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates HR process flows in HRIS system and externally as necessary.
• Audits data, resolves errors with HR/Payroll, and processes adjustments.
• Runs monthly reports, analyses data, identifies trends and suggests improvements.
• Audits transactional and employee information to ensure data integrity.
• Supports all HR systems and processes in alignment with HR policies and strategies.
• Assists in unemployment and subpoena processes by gathering required documentation.
