Job summary

The Human Resources Support Specialist at Lexington Health, Inc. will assist with planning, coordination and data integrity of HR programs while providing support to the Human Resources Department on workflow and processing issues.

The HR Support Specialist will audit data processed through normal entry, including interfaces, keying and workflow. Additionally the HR Support Specialist will support the Unemployment process and Subpoena process by providing required documents and correspondence.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 years HR experience; an additional 2 years of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience in addition to the minimum requirement of two years of HR experience
• Substitutable Education & Experience: The additional 2 Years of related experience and/or training can be substituted for an Associate's degree in HR, Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in addition the minimum years of experience
• Required Certifications/Licensure: None
• Required Training: Basic Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel; Intermediate HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates HR processes in HRIS and externally as necessary; data entry, audits, approvals, and timely completion of requests.
• Audits data, resolves errors/discrepancies with leaders and HR/Payroll; processes adjustments.
• Runs monthly reports, analyzes data, identifies trends, and makes recommendations for improvements.
• Audits transactional and employee information to ensure data integrity.
• Supports all HR systems and processes aligned with HR policies and strategies.
• Gathers documentation for unemployment and subpoena processes; assists in related procedures.
