Job summary

You will partner with regional and corporate leaders to implement HR programs and foster a positive culture. The role requires at least 1 year of HR experience and Workday HRIS comfort, strong Microsoft Word/Excel skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with tact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of HR experience required.
• Experience with Workday HRIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new hires and support orientation activities.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and training coordination.
• Coordinate Workday payroll and leave processes.
• Manage HRIS data entry and employee records.
• Ensure I-9 compliance and recordkeeping.
• Support recruitment and scheduling of interviews.
• Administer annual open enrollment meetings and respond to policy questions.
• Maintain knowledge of federal, state and local HR regulations.
• Assist with employee relations and resolution of issues.
• Participate in special HR projects and trainings as needed.
