Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR administrative support experience.
• PeopleSoft (Oracle) experience strongly preferred; Concur a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and high attention to detail.
• Discretion handling confidential information and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and process new hire and employee change documentation in PeopleSoft (Oracle).
• Maintain physical and electronic employee records per retention policy.
• Support terminations, VOE requests, and general HR inquiries.
• Assist Talent Acquisition with interview scheduling and coordination.
• Schedule HR meetings, events, and maintain agendas.
• Process check requests, expense reports, and travel bookings via Concur.
• Handle mail, shipping, and office supply orders.

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
