As HR Coordinator, you will provide administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, from new hire documentation to records management to event coordination.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR administrative support experience, ideally in a corporate or manufacturing setting.
• PeopleSoft (Oracle) experience strongly preferred; Concur a plus
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and high attention to detail
• Discretion handling confidential information and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Review and process new hire and employee change documentation in PeopleSoft (Oracle)
• Maintain physical and electronic employee records per retention policy
• Support terminations, VOE requests, and general HR inquiries
• Assist Talent Acquisition with interview scheduling and coordination
• Schedule HR meetings, events, and maintain agendas
• Process check requests, expense reports, and travel bookings via Concur
• Handle mail, shipping, and office supply orders
