Job summary

FAST RETAILING CO., LTD. in Orlando, FL is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide support for HR functions including talent acquisition, payroll, timecard enforcement and personnel file maintenance.

Reporting to the in-store HR Assistant Manager, you will partner with store leadership, assist with interviews, on-site recruiting events, and HR reporting while ensuring policy compliance and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (Bachelors Degree preferred)
• Minimum of one year Human Resources administration or similar administrative experience
• Experience in retail preferred
• Strong PC knowledge including MS Excel and Word
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of HR policies and employment law, recruitment practices, and EEO regulations
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Travel may be required (10-25%)

Responsibilities

• Partner with Area HR Manager and HR Assistant Manager on employee relations and staffing objectives.
• Process various reports and handle administrative HR tasks, policy and procedure.
• Serve as liaison for employee relations questions, leaves of absence, PTO, workers' comp, etc.
• Assist with interviews, investigations, and disciplinary actions; provide HR support at store level.
• Collaborate with store managers, payroll, training and other HR functions.
• Support recruiting by developing relationships with schools, government agencies and other sources.
• Utilize recruiting tools and on-site events to source external candidates.
• Track employment forms, orientations and new hire start dates.
• Assist with posting and updating open positions on job boards.
• Participate in special projects as assigned by management.
