Job summary

New Freedom is seeking an HR Coordinator in Phoenix, AZ to support recruitment, onboarding, employee support, benefits administration, leave management, compliance, and HR operations. You’ll be a key resource for candidates, employees, hiring managers, and HR teams while coordinating activities throughout the employee lifecycle.

From screening candidates and coordinating interviews to onboarding, benefits, leave administration, and HR compliance, you’ll help New Freedom attract, hire, support,

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in HR, recruiting, onboarding, or HR administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Posting open requisitions, reviewing applications, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers throughout the selection process.
• Supporting job fairs, recruiting events, hiring campaigns, workforce outreach, and applicant tracking activities.
• Coordinating pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug screens, and credential verifications.
• Managing onboarding activities, orientation support, employee communications, and new hire integration.
• Processing promotions, transfers, status changes, terminations, and other employee lifecycle transactions.
• Administering benefit enrollments, qualifying life events, benefit changes, terminations, and open enrollment support.
