The HR Coordinator provides comprehensive support across recruitment, onboarding, employee support, benefits administration, leave management, compliance, and HR operations. This position serves as a key resource for candidates, employees, hiring managers, and HR team members while coordinating activities throughout the employee lifecycle.

Associates or better in Human Resource Administration or related field.
Bachelors or better in Human Resource Administration or related field.

Advanced computer skills required – HRIS (i.e., UKG Pro, Kronos, ADP, Paylocity, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), Internet, and other software required
Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, PWFA, FLSA, employee relations, benefits administration, HR compliance, investigations, and HR best practices
2 years: Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, or HR Administration experience required
3 years: Human Resources experience
Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, corrections, or human services environments
Experience supporting hiring managers and workforce planning initiatives
SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certification
