Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator/Trainer to support our Flagstaff branch with recruitment, onboarding, and training for new hires and staff. This in-person role runs Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, at our Flagstaff office.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment, assist applicants, and help maintain compliance while partnering with local leadership to ensure a positive candidate experience and timely onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• Minimum one year of office administration, recruiting, or HR experience.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system or data entry software is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Performs full-cycle recruitment including advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Represents the local branch at job fairs and on-site events; builds partnerships in the community.
• Ensures HR compliance with state and federal laws and company policies.
• Enhances candidate experience and adheres to service levels.
• Maintains up-to-date employment records and coordinates trainings.
