Job summary

Redirect Health in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Human Resource Specialist to attract great people and create a welcoming onboarding experience. You’ll partner with the Director of People Operations to support recruiting efforts and coordinate interviews.

You’ll also serve as an approachable in-office presence for new hires and help shape a people-first culture that reflects our mission of affordable healthcare. This role suits someone who loves organizing, communicating clearly, and helping others

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, HR coordination, talent operations, or People Operations.
• Enjoys working directly with candidates and new team members.
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple hiring processes.
• Friendly, upbeat, and confident engaging with people in person.
• Communicates clearly and professionally.
• Takes ownership and follows through on tasks.
• Loves creating great experiences for others.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of People Operations and hiring managers to support recruiting efforts.
• Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling with candidates and interview teams.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure every candidate interaction reflects a positive, professional experience.
• Support job posting management and recruiting coordination across roles.
• Coordinate and lead onboarding for new team members.
• Ensure new team members are set up for success before their first day.
• Facilitate orientation and help new team members understand company culture, expectations, and resources.
• Serve as a welcoming point of contact for new team members as they get started.
• Continuously improve the onboarding experience to make it engaging, clear, and supportive.
• Be a visible, approachable presence in the office.
• Help create a welcoming and supportive environment for new and existing team members.
• Partner with the Director of People Operations on initiatives that strengthen team member experience and culture.
