Job summary

Addison Group is partnering with our client in Dallas, TX to hire a Human Resources Coordinator responsible for supporting the full employment lifecycle, onboarding and HR operations on a fast-paced, onsite team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 1+ year of HR experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting HR functions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities: ads, interviews, applicant communication, and pre-employment screening.
• Guide onboarding: ensure complete documentation and compliance.
• Assist with offboarding: processing paperwork and procedures.
• Maintain electronic HR records and personnel files.
• Respond to benefits, payroll, and HR policy questions.
• Monitor training requirements and compliance initiatives.
• Generate and maintain HR reports and documentation for stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information per HR policies.
• Provide administrative support for HR programs and process improvements.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure a positive employee experience and HR operations.
