Job summary

dfwHR invites a qualified HR Generalist to join a respected project management firm in downtown Dallas, Texas. This full-time, onsite role focuses on supporting daily HR operations, administering benefits, coordinating onboarding, and maintaining HR records to foster a positive employee experience.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field with 5–7 years of HR experience, strong benefits knowledge, and familiarity with HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits administration and HR best practices.
• Experience coordinating onboarding and orientation programs.
• Working knowledge of employment laws.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR record management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Administer employee benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k)).
• Coordinate onboarding processes and maintain HR records.
• Serve as a resource for employees and leadership and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements and employee engagement.
