Job summary

Dallas/Fort Worth Marriott Hotel & Golf Club at Champions Circle is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator to support onboarding, background checks, and HR operations. You will serve as the first HR contact, maintain records in the HRIS, and assist with analytics and compliance across the team.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years of administrative or HR experience; ADP Workforce Now experience is preferred, and Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and two years of administrative or equivalent work experience are required.

• Minimum of two years HR experience preferred.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred.
• Bilingual / fluent in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists the HR department with onboarding, orientations, offboarding, and other HR duties.
• Serves as the first point of contact for HR-related calls and emails.
• Submits, reviews, and approves new hire background checks.
• Ensures completion of all new hire paperwork prior to start.
• Processes team member changes including promotions, transfers, pay changes, or status changes.
• Maintains and updates team member records in the HRIS system.
• Ensures all required documentation is stored in the HRIS system.
• Assists with HR reports and analytics.
• Maintains confidential team member files per compliance and branding standards.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws.
• Supports HR projects and policy implementations.
• Distributes HR-related communications.
• Supports recognition and engagement programs.
• Performs related duties as required.
