Job summary

Levy Sector in Atlanta is seeking an HR Coordinator at the Georgia World Congress Center to provide administrative and operational support to the HR team. This on-site role involves assisting with hourly recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR processes.

You will help with pre-employment checks, onboarding documentation, orientation, and compliance with company policies and employment laws. Strong organizational skills and confidentiality are essential in a fast-paced hospitality

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in HR, admin, payroll, or related experience.
• Experience in hospitality, food service, or large-volume operations preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support hourly recruitment by pre-screening applicants and forwarding qualified candidates.
• Assist onboarding: collect documents, complete new hire paperwork, and orient/train new hires.
• Monitor background checks, employment verification, and work authorization documentation.
• Support performance management and maintain HR records and confidentiality.
• Serve as initial point of contact for employee requests and questions.
• Assist with I-9 administration and E-Verify processing.
• Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
