Provide high quality advisory support to HR Business Partners, Business Unit Managers and Leaders on routine, cyclical and ad hoc HR focus areas including reasonable accommodations, background escalations and Tier 2 leave of absences.
Partner with global and regional HR colleagues to support people initiatives.
Provide day‑to‑day support for employees and managers on advisory HR matters in a timely and accurate way.
Facilitate communication and liaise between employees, managers, the Reasonable Accommodations team, employment law and other relevant stakeholders.
Liaise with employee relations and employment law as required.
Ensure requests are tracked appropriately.
Document and maintain accurate, appropriate and timely case notes and status via firm centralized systems – HRCM and AskHR from conception to close.
Proactively identify trends and suggest actions to reduce risk, providing proactive guidance that ultimately improves the employee experience.
Ensure that service delivery standards are consistently met or exceed expectations by providing high quality support and guidance.
