You will maintain personnel records, assist new hires through onboarding, and help prepare for orientation while serving as a point of contact for employee questions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 1+ year HR administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with HRIS/employee databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations, data entry, scheduling, and administrative duties.
• Maintain personnel records and assist with onboarding new hires.
• Coordinate new-hire orientation and respond to employee inquiries.
• Schedule interviews, meetings, and travel as requested.
• Ensure confidentiality and assist with HR communications.
