Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) is seeking an HR Business Partner in Houston to guide employees on HR initiatives, support strategic planning, and optimize talent acquisition and onboarding. The role partners with leaders on organizational design and workforce planning, coaching on business-impacting topics, and leveraging data to drive improvements.

You will lead onboarding initiatives, enhance engagement, and address learning needs while supporting HR processes and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in HR.
• 5+ years’ HR experience.
• PHR certification is preferred; JD Edwards proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on organizational design and talent management.
• Coach leaders on HR topics to improve business results.
• Review employee data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Design onboarding experiences for new hires and streamline processes.
• Improve employee engagement, performance, and retention.
• Lead HR projects and analyze metrics to develop policies.
