ITT Aerospace Controls LLC is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator in Valencia, CA. The role supports onboarding, employee records management, and coordination of HR processes while acting as a liaison between employees and leadership.

You will update Workday records, assist with contingent worker onboarding, and support HR initiatives. Strong organizational and communication skills, plus confidentiality, are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, business or equivalent.
• 2–3 years administrative/coordination experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; customer service experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide general administrative support to the HR Manager and Site Leadership including handling employees and leadership team inquiries, data entry, preparing reports, etc.
• Assist with onboarding new employees and contingent workers by preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth integration into the company
• Maintain and update employee records in Workday with accuracy and confidentiality
• Supports site activities and HR initiatives as needed
