Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of HR records management and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding, offer letters, and new hire documentation.
• Maintain employee records in Paycom and HR systems.
• Monitor onboarding/offboarding data for accuracy and reporting.
• Support leaves, changes, and benefits administration.
• Generate HR reports and employee listings as needed.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations on HR processes and initiatives.
