Living Resources Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support onboarding, employee records, and HR operations. You will help maintain HRIS data, assist with recruitment, and collaborate with Benefits Navigator to communicate benefits.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years administrative or coordinator experience.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Word.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills for handling confidential information.
• Knowledge of office administration procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for FCSS/Self-Direction staff; support onboarding specialists.
• Maintain HR data in HRIS; assist with onboarding and recruitment.
• Assist Benefits Navigator onboarding and communicate benefits information.
• Source candidates on Indeed and other platforms; reference checks.
• Schedule meetings and events for HR leadership; support audits of new hire docs.
• Ensure HR file room records comply with retention policies.
• Respond to HR inquiries and manage terminations updates.
• Prepare monthly staff experience surveys and newsletter content.
