We’re seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations including employee records, HRIS administration, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll support, training coordination, and employee inquiries. This role works independently, serves as a key HR contact for employees and managers, and ensures accurate documentation, timely HR processes, and proper escalation of sensitive matters. Ideal candidates are organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Serve as primary HR contact for routine employee questions
Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and HR documentation
Support payroll, timekeeping, and HRIS accuracy
Coordinate recruiting, interviews, onboarding, and new‑hire documentation
Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries
Track training, support audits, and maintain compliance documentation
Assist with employee relations documentation and escalate issues appropriately
3–5 years of HR experience; manufacturing/aerospace preferred
Strong HRIS/payroll system experience (Paycom preferred)
Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and benefits support
Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Knowledge of California employment practices
Experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse a plus)
Background supporting regulated environments (aerospace/defense/ITAR)
