Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in Human Resources or related administrative HR role.
• SHRM-CP and/or PHR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Support full recruitment: postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communications.
• Coordinate onboarding: I-9, background checks, and new-hire documentation.
• Maintain confidential HRIS records and employment changes.
• Administer benefits enrollment and life-event changes.
• Assist payroll with employee data and documentation.
• Support employee relations, performance management, and reviews.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation claims and return-to-work processes.
• Develop and administer HR policies and training programs.
• Prepare reports, metrics, and HR communications.
