Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
• 2-3 yrs of experience in an administrative or coordination role; HR support preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Understanding HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the HR Manager and Site Leadership including inquiries, data entry, reporting
• Assist with onboarding new employees and contingent workers with documentation and orientations
• Maintain and update employee records in Workday with accuracy and confidentiality
• Support site activities and HR initiatives as needed
