Qualifications

• Three years of relevant HR experience required with a high school diploma or GED.
• Associates degree with one year relevant HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree with one year relevant HR experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR policy guidance to help employees locate and navigate policies.
• Oversee onboarding activities for all new hires and ensure data is accurately entered into HR systems.
• Support Day One Orientation and monitor candidate experience for culture alignment.
• Coordinate day-to-day HR administrative tasks and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Partner with HR teams to design programs, processes, and policies to align standards across facilities.
