Job summary

Muir Home Health is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to support HR operations, reporting, compliance, Workday and HCHB for field and admin staff. The role offers strong compensation and excellent benefits in the East Bay, California area.

The Human Resource Coordinator will partner with IT/HR and various departments to implement onboarding, payroll, benefits and policy processes while maintaining compliant personnel files and up-to-date records.

Responsibilities

• Supports HR and IT/HR staff with training and multi-systems operational staff support.
• Provides general support to HR relating to policies, benefits, and recruiting.
• Onboards clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Supports onboarding and orientation processes.
• Maintains compliant personnel files and HR policies.
• Device setup and coordination with IT for staff access.
• Prepares new hire training materials and answers payroll/benefits questions.
• Maintains updated HCHB employee database.
• Assists HR Manager with Work Comp and LOA reporting.
• Stays informed on state and federal labor laws and agency policies.
• Contributes to HR department and agency goals.
• Promotes core values and acts as cultural champion.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
• Manages employee payroll changes and coordinates with accounting.
• Coordinates manual changes with payroll providers as directed.
