Magellan Aerospace, Glendale, is seeking an energetic, detail‑oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support onboarding, benefits administration and daily HR operations in a manufacturing environment.

You will own personnel file accuracy and confidentiality, input new hires into HR systems, assist payroll, coordinate interview schedules, lead new hire orientation, and help plan employee events, working closely with production supervisors and the HR Manager.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication; Spanish required.
• Proficiency with ADP payroll and HRIS.
• Discretion with confidential data and professionalism.
• Ability to coordinate onboarding and interviews in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Own the accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality of personnel files and HR records with routine audits.
• Input new hires into HR and benefits systems; verify employment via E-Verify; manage vacation tracking with supervisors.
• Assist payroll functions, respond to employee questions, and distribute checks to Supervisors.
• Serve as the go-to resource for policies, benefits and hiring processes; escalate complex issues to HR Manager.
• Review applicants, coordinate interview schedules, and participate in interviewing hourly production candidates with Supervisors.
• Lead new hire orientation and help plan key employee events including enrollment and onsite health screenings.
