Responsibilities

• Guide applicants through the application process and update records in ATS.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding, benefits communication, and orientation sessions.
• Administer screenings, background checks, and drug tests as needed.
• Maintain employee records and assist with payroll-related data accuracy.
• Support training coordination and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure HR policies and EEO compliance are maintained across the branch.
