Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator in Oklahoma City to support daily HR operations, including employee records, onboarding, and benefits administration.

You will partner with branch teams to screen candidates, conduct orientations, administer background checks, and ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining accurate HRIS data and delivering excellent service to employees.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 21 years of age or older as required by law or contract.
• High school diploma required; a+ preferred degree in HR.
• A valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced HR environment.
• Tech-savvy with proprietary and mass-market systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Interact positively with applicants, guiding them through the application process.
• Manage applicants' progress through the ATS, overseeing steps and statuses.
• Collaborate with branch staff to screen, interview, extend offers, and orient new hires.
• Administer drug screens, fingerprinting, and background checks for conditional offers.
• Schedule employee orientation, including LMS enrollment.
• Communicate benefits during open enrollment and changes.
• Review training hours reports before payroll processing.
• Transition candidates into WinTeam and complete post-hire maintenance.
• Conduct employment verifications as needed.
