Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support HR processes, onboarding, and recordkeeping in our Mechanicsburg, PA office. The role includes administrative support to HR leadership, file maintenance, and database management, with a base pay of $20.00–$22.00 per hour and benefits such as medical, 401K/pension, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Cross-trained in many functions within the HR department.
• Working knowledge of HR administration principles and practices.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality.

• Valid driver’s license required for 20% travel.

Responsibilities

• Support HR processes and provide administrative help to HR leadership.
• Maintain employee files and onboarding paperwork.
• Process background checks and renewals in line with guidelines.
• Update and manage HCHB data; ensure compliance.
• Coordinate new-hire orientation and I-9 verification.
• Manage applicant tracking and sourcing for open roles.
• Handle payroll self-service registrations and troubleshooting.
• Oversee badge access system and equipment returns.
• Keep company photo roster up to date.
