GardaWorld is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator in Mechanicburg, PA to support onboarding, records, and compliance. You will guide candidates through the application process, manage the ATS, and coordinate new-employee orientations.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred in HR or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 1–3 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with HRIS/ATS and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Guide applicants through the application process and track progress in the ATS.
• Screen, interview, and extend offers in collaboration with branch staff; conduct new-employee orientations.
• Administer background checks, drug screens, and pre-employment screenings.
• Schedule orientations and enroll employees in Learning Management Systems.
• Communicate benefits and assist with open enrollment and employment changes.
• Maintain accurate HR records, payroll data, and compliance reporting.
• Ensure data integrity in WinTeam and HR systems; support safety and EEO reporting.
