Job summary

Renewable Concepts, LLC is seeking an HR Coordinator to support execution of HR processes and oversee HR administration for the Neodesha, KS office. You will work with the Senior HR Generalist to handle recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee records, and general administrative tasks.

The role includes coordinating interviews, processing new hire paperwork, maintaining files, I-9 audits, payroll benefit reports, and unemployment claims while assisting with policy updates and employee

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR Coordinator or HR Administrator experience.
• Strong confidentiality and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain resumes.
• Process new hire paperwork including background checks, drug screens, and physicals.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and set up company email and employee portal access.
• Maintain personnel files and complete I-9 records with audits.
• Prepare benefit reports for payroll and complete employment verifications.
• Assist with unemployment claims and routing of employee relations issues.
• Oversee onboarding for new hires onsite at the Neodesha, KS office.
• Support HR policy updates with Senior HR Generalist.
• Other duties as assigned.
