Job summary

Renewable Concepts, LLC in Kansas is seeking an HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations, assist with recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and maintaining employee records. You will work closely with the Senior HR Generalist, oversee onboarding at the Neodesha office, process I-9s, background checks, and employment verifications, and help update policies.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree and 1–3 years of HR experience, are highly organized, confidential, and able to manage

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years HR Coordinator or HR Administrator experience.
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment by screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
• Process new hire paperwork including background checks and drug screens.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including emails and access to portals.
• Maintain personnel files and I-9 records.
• Prepare benefit reports for payroll and complete employment verifications.
• Complete unemployment claims through external system.
• Support updates to HR policies and employee relations.
• Oversee onboarding for new hires onsite at the Neodesha, KS office.
• Provide general HR administrative support.
