Job summary

Southwest Accounting Resources, Inc. is seeking an HR Coordinator to support leaves of absence, workers' compensation return-to-work programs, and driver onboarding.

You will collaborate with employees, managers, and partners to coordinate leaves, manage documentation, and ensure compliant onboarding for distribution drivers. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer leaves of absence programs including FMLA and ADA accommodations.
• Support workers' compensation claims and return-to-work processes with documentation and coordination.
• Coordinate onboarding for distribution drivers and ensure compliance with hiring paperwork and MVR reviews.
• Maintain accurate employee files and onboarding records.
