Job summary

LAZ Transportation Services in Dallas, TX seeks a Human Resources Administrator to support the HRBP and Transportation Operations, ensuring timely HR processes and accurate records.

Responsibilities include onboarding, employee records, compliance, leave, payroll coordination, reports, and first-line employee support across multiple facilities.

The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, and customer service in a fast-paced, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in HR/administration.
• 2–4 years HR/administrative experience in high-volume environment.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and ATS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support HRBP with daily HR operations and documentation.
• Assist onboarding and new hire paperwork, I-9s, and background checks.
• Maintain employee files and ensure confidentiality.
• Support benefits, payroll changes, and leave administration.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain compliance records.
• Assist with employee investigations and relations logistics.
