Waypoint, a provider of services including a private school for autism and supportive therapies, seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to support leave administration, benefits, and safety compliance. You will act as a liaison for staff on FMLA/PFMLA leaves, benefits enrollment, and workers’ compensation, ensuring accurate records and regulatory adherence.

Work will be on-site in Sanford, NC with standard 40-hour weeks and opportunities to assist onboarding, HRIS updates, and audits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience with leave, benefits and compliance.
• Experience with FMLA/PFMLA and workers’ compensation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist employees with benefit enrollment, changes and inquiries.
• Coordinate and manage all employee leaves including FMLA and PFMLA.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with benefits providers to resolve issues.
• Support onboarding, HRIS updates, and audits.
• Process changes and communicate weekly to management.
• Assist with safety, claims processes, and COBRA where applicable.
