You will collaborate with managers and the Regional HR Manager, ensuring policy adherence, confidentiality, and timely processes. This onsite role requires strong communication, detail orientation and a positive, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related program of study.
• Minimum of two years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct HR support and guidance across functions.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding/exiting, benefits, training, and performance management.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain employee records.
• Support employee relations, investigations, and compliance with regulations.
