Responsibilities

Receive and review requests to fill vacancies and verify recruitment needs.
Maintain accurate hiring lists and update HR databases after interviews.
Provide new hire orientation and explain retirement, pay schedules, benefits, timekeeping, and policy basics.
Enter HR/payroll transactions and audit for accuracy in production systems.
Respond to HR/payroll questions and prepare final reports from HR data.
