Job summary

Sinclair Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to support HR operations for our KUTV-TV team.

The role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, training, and performance management with an emphasis on confidentiality and accuracy. The ideal candidate has at least two years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related program.
• Minimum of two years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR processes.
• Strong communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a team-based environment to deliver HR customer service to employees and managers.
• Support employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, training and development, and performance management.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including presenting and gathering information, and assist with offer letters and background screening.
• Maintain electronic HR records and respond to unemployment claims and workers' compensation claims.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations (FMLA, FLSA, ADA, EEO) and apply policies and procedures.
• Assist in planning team trainings, morale events, and activities.
