AppleOne Employment Services in San Diego, CA seeks a Human Resource Coordinator to support benefits administration, recruiting coordination, HRIS updates, employee communications, and compliance documentation.

You will work closely with HR leadership in a collaborative environment where accuracy, discretion, and service are valued, and contribute to day-to-day HR operations, employee programs, and process improvements, while maintaining confidential records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience.
• Experience with HRIS data entry and employee records.
• ADP Workforce Now experience strongly relevant.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear communication and service-oriented approach to employees and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Support the HR Manager with Open Enrollment, benefits administration, and employee benefits-related coordination.
• Assist with recruiting activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Maintain employee personnel files, medical files, HR documentation, and confidential records in compliance with company procedures.
• Perform HRIS data entry, updates, and employee information maintenance within ADP Workforce Now.
• Manage SharePoint postings, HR communications, employee recognition programs, and Disaster Recovery documentation.
• Assist with expatriate employee support, including family coordination, tax coordination, immigration processes, relocation communication, policy updates, and Japanese/English document translation as needed.
