Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an HR Coordinator in Solana Beach, CA. This role supports benefits administration, recruiting coordination, HRIS data entry, and employee records, with expatriate coordination and cross‑functional collaboration.

You’ll work closely with the HR Manager in a collaborative team, gaining exposure to benefits, payroll-adjacent processes, and compliance records in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Supports benefits administration, open enrollment, and records management.
• Coordinates recruiting activities: postings, screening, scheduling, and candidate comms.
• Maintains HRIS data in ADP Workforce Now and supports HR communications via SharePoint.
• Assists expatriate coordination, including tax, immigration and real estate communication.
• Maintains confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support open enrollment and ongoing benefits administration with the HR Manager.
• Assist recruiting coordination: postings, resume screening, interview scheduling.
• Maintain personnel and medical files with accuracy and compliance.
• Enter HRIS data in ADP Workforce Now; ensure data is current.
• Manage HR announcements via SharePoint and related communications.
• Coordinate expatriate matters with external partners and internal leadership.
