Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking an experienced HR Compliance professional to lead I-9, E-Verify, internal HR audits, and wage-hour compliance. The role focuses on evaluating processes, implementing improvements, and delivering targeted training across the organization.

You will work with field HR and business unit analysts on compliance issues, manage I-9 tickets, and partner with Employment Law to resolve complex matters. A strong background in audits and program implementation is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related HR compliance experience, or high school diploma with 9+ years of specific experience.

• Perform day-to-day HR compliance activities with focus on I-9, E-Verify, internal HR audit, and wage-hour compliance.
• Evaluate and enhance existing compliance processes; develop and deliver training; leverage technology for accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with field HR and unit analysts on I-9, E-Verify, and HR audit processes; manage tickets and resolve issues.
• Lead special HR projects including I-9 audits and technology platform integrations; partner with legal and HR teams.
• Conduct regular audits, collect metrics, and report on non-compliance; advise on enterprise-wide compliance programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
