Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking an experienced HR Compliance professional to manage day-to-day compliance activities focused on I-9, E-Verify, internal HR audits, and wage & hour compliance. The role involves evaluating and implementing enhancements to processes and delivering training across the organization.

Responsibilities include partnering with field HR, ensuring ongoing compliance, and supporting special HR projects and technology integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related HR compliance experience.
• Alternatively, a high school diploma with 9+ years of specific HR compliance experience.
• Master's degree is preferred.

• Lead and support I-9, E-Verify, and HR audit processes with field HR teams.
• Manage compliance-related issues; partner with Employment Law as needed.

• Promote compliance programs across Reyes Holdings businesses; conduct audits.

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day Human Resources compliance activities, centered primarily on I-9, E-Verify, internal HR audit, and wage & hour compliance
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement enhancements to existing compliance processes, develop new compliance processes, develop and deliver compliance-related training, leverage technology to maximize accuracy and efficiency, and review processes and records to ensure current and ongoing compliance
• Working with field HR and Business Unit analysts on I-9, E-Verify, and HR audit processes and issues and Managing I-9 request tickets and resolving compliance-related issues. Partner with the Employment Law Department to resolve certain issues as needed
• Supporting and leading the implementation of special HR projects and initiatives, including I-9 audit and technology platform integration efforts
• Partnering and consulting with subject matter experts, vendors, outside legal counsel, and with HR across the Reyes Holdings Family of Businesses to promote and maintain compliance programs across the enterprise
• Conducting regular audits and assessments, gathering compliance metrics and reports to identify areas of non-compliance on Human Resources-related matters
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience

• Master's Degree
